الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين دراسة إستكشافية على عينة من الممرضين بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات – تقرت-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين في المؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات تقرت، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في الصمود النفسي تعزى لمتغيرات(الجنس ،الحالة الاجتماعية،سنوات الأقدمية). للقيام بالدراسة الحالية، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المناسب لهذا الغرض، ولجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة،تم تصميم أداة لقياس مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين، وبعد حساب بعض الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة والمتمثلة في الصدق والثبات، تم التأكد من صلاحيتها لاستخدامها في الدراسة الحالية، وتم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (132)من الممرضين العاملين في بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات تقرت تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية ، وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها ، تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية ( Spss) وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على مايلي : - وجود مستوى مرتفع من الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات ــتقرت ــ - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات ـتقرت تعزى إلى متغير الجنس. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات ــ تقرت ــ تعزى إلى متغير الحالة الاجتماعية. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات ــتقرت ـ تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الأقدمية. في الأخير، تمت مناقشة النتائج وفقا للتراث النظري في الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، وتبقى نتائج هذه الدراسة محدودة بعينتها ومنهجها وأدواتها.

To do the current study, the comparative exploratory descriptive approach was relied on for this purpose, and to collect the data of this study, a tool was designed to measure the level of psychological resilience among nurses, and after calculating some of the psychological characteristics of the tool represented in honesty and stability, it was confirmed that it is valid for , use in the current study It was applied to a sample of (132) of the nurses working in the hospital institution Suleiman Amirat - Touggourt - they were chosen randomly, and after the data collection and unloaded, the statistical processing was carried out using the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) and the results of the study resulted in the following : _ A high level of psychological resilience among the nurses working in the hospital institution Suleiman Amirat - Touggourt - _ There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among the nurses working in the hospital institution Suleiman Amirat - Touggourt - attributed to the gender variable . _ There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among the nurses working in the hospital institution Suleiman Amirat - Touggourt - attributed to the variable of the social status . _ There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among the nurses working in the hospital institution Suleiman Amirat - Touggourt - attributed to the variable of the seniority years . Finally, the results were discussed according to the theoretical heritage in the subject, and previous studies, and the results of this study remain limited, its specificity, approach and tools
