تقدير الذات وعلاقته بإتجاهات تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية نحو نشاطات مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني دراسة ميدانية ببعض ثانويات ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع تقدير الذات وعلاقته بإتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني بولاية ورقلة،حيث إنطلقت الدراسة من التساؤلات التالية: 1- هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقدير الذات وإتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي و المهني ؟ 2- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تعزى إلى المستوى الدراسي ؟ 3- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تعزى إلى حالة التلاميذ ( معيد / غير معيد ) ؟ 4- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير الذات بين التلاميذ المعيدين وغير المعيدين ؟ - وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (150( تلميذا وتلميذة يدرسون بثانويات ولاية ورقلة من بينهم )54( من ذكور و(96) أنثى، ويتمثلون في (93) معيدا و(57) غير معيدين، ويبلغ عدد تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي (53) تلميذا والسنة الثانية ثانوي (46) تلميذا والسنة الثالثة ثانوي (51)تلميذا، وقد أختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، واستخدمت الباحثتان استبيانا لقياس تقدير الذات من إعداد الباحثتين "خلادي يمينة " و"قريد نادية، " ومقياس إتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مشتشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني من إعداد الباحث "عبد المالك الوليد". ولقد إعتمدت الباحثتان على المنهج الوصفي لأنه المناسب لهذه الدراسة. و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقدير الذات وإتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي و المهني. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي و المهني تعزى إلى المستوى الدراسي. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إتجاهات التلاميذ نحو نشاط مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تعزى إلى حالة التلاميذ ( معيد / غير معيد ). 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير الذات بين التلاميذ المعيدين وغير المعيدين.

The present study dealt with the subject of self-esteem and its relation with pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor in Ouargla State. The study proceeded from the following questions: 1- Is there a statistically significant relation between self-esteem and pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor? 2- Are there statistically significant differences in pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor attributed to educational level? 3- Are there statistically significant differences in pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor attributed to the situation of pupils (repeater /non-repeater)? 4- Are there statistically significant differences in self-esteem between repeater and non-repeater pupils? The basic study sample consisted of (150) pupils attending Ouargla State secondary Schools among them (54) males and (96) females, representing (93) repeaters and (57) non-repeaters. The number of pupils attending first year (53), the second year (46) pupils, and the third-year (51) Pupils, the sample was selected in a simple random manner, and the two researchers "KhaldiYamina" and "Karid Nadia," prepared and used a questionnaire to measure self-esteem and the scale of pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor towards prepared by the researcher "Abdul Malik El Oualid", in fact the two researchers relied on the descriptive approach because it was appropriate for the study. The results of the study concluded the following: 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between self-esteem and pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor attributed to educational level. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in pupils' attitudes towards the school and professional activities of the guidance counselor due to the situation of pupils (repeater /non-repeater). 4- There are no statistically significant differences in self-esteem between repeater and non-repeater pupils.
