جودة التعليم والتكوين وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين جودة التعليم والتكوين برضا الوظيفي، والتعرف على مستوى رضا الأساتذة عن جودة التعليم والتكوين، والكشف عن الفروق في الرضا لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية عن جودة التعليم والتكوين تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من الفرضيات الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة البحث من أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بورقلة والبالغ عددهم 25 أستاذًا واعتمدت الباحثة على استبيان جودة التعليم والتكوين واستبيان الرضا الوظيفي، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي ومعامل الإرتباط سبيرمان واختبار كروسكال واليس واختبار مان ويتني وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك مستوى رضا متوسط لأساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية عن جودة التعليم والتكوين، وأن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية عن جودة التعليم والتكوين تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، ووجود مستوى متوسط للرضا لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية عن وظيفتهم، وهناك علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة التعليم والرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the quality of education and training with job satisfaction, and to identify the level of teachers’ satisfaction with the quality of education and training, and to reveal the differences in satisfaction of the teachers of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities about the quality of education and training due to the variable of professional experience, and the researcher used the descriptive approach to verify From the hypotheses of the study, the research sample consisted of 25 professors from the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla. The researcher relied on the quality of education and training questionnaire and the job satisfaction questionnaire. The data was statistically processed by means of the arithmetic mean, Spearman correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study showed That there is an average level of satisfaction for the teachers of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities about the quality of education and training, and that there are statistically significant differences in the satisfaction of the teachers of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities about the quality of education and training due to the variable of professional experience, and the existence of an average level of satisfaction among the teachers of the Institute of Physical and Sports Activities and techniques of physical and sports activities for their job, and there is a strong relationship A statistically significant difference between the quality of education and job satisfaction for the professors of the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities.
