واقع تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات في الطور المتوسط

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات في الطور المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة ، والإحاطة بجميع الجوانب في هذه البيداغوجية الجديدة وكذا المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيقها ميدانيا، اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي وهو المنهج الملائم لطبيعة موضوعنا، حيث أجريت الدراسة على مجموعة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بولاية توقرت ، والبالغ عددهم 40 أستاذ تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ 105أستاذ أي بنسبة 38%، اعتمد الباحث على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات موجه لأساتذة التربیة البدنیة والریاضیة، يحتوي على (27) عبارة مقسمة على ثلاث محاور، تم التأكد من صدق المحتوى بعرض الأداة على المحكمین وتم حساب الصدق التمييزي باستخدام المقارنة الطرفية , كما تم التأكد من ثبات الأداة باستخدام معامل ثبات الاتساق الداخلي (ألفا كرونباخ)، مما جعل الأداة صالحة للدراسة، وقد تم استعمال اختبار (ت)لعينة واحدة, والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري كوسائل إحصائية لتحليل نتائج الدراسة .

وفي الأخير أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن صحة الفرضيات المقترحة وكشفت أن واقع تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات في الطور المتوسط لا يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب نتيجة لعدم تلقي الأساتذة تكوينا كافيا في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات ، وكذلك عدم توفر الوسائل التعليمية البيداغوجية لإنجاح حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية ،وبالتالي تحقق أهداف التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات بمستوى متوسط .

The study aimed to identify the reality of teaching physical and sports education in the light of the approach to mid-stage competencies from the teachers' point of view and to take note of all aspects of this new pedagogy as well as the obstacles to its application on the ground, In this study, we relied on the descriptive curriculum, which is appropriate to the nature of our subject education ", where the study was conducted on a group of intermediate education professors in the State of Taqarat, Of the 40 teachers selected in a simple random manner from the original community of 105, 38% The researcher relied on the questionnaire to gather information for physical and sports education professors, containing (27) phrase divided by three axes, the authenticity of the content was ascertained by presenting the tool to the arbitrators and the discriminatory authenticity was calculated using the peripheral comparison, and the stability of the tool was also ascertained by using the internal consistency stabilization factor Alpha Cronbach, making the instrument fit for study, has been used as a single sample test (v), computational average and standard deviation as statistical means computational average and standard deviation as statistical means to analyse the study's results. Finally, the results of the study validated the proposed hypotheses and revealed that the reality of teaching physical and sports education under the medium- level approach to competencies did not rise to the required level as a result of the insufficient composition of professors under the competency approach as well as the lack of pedagogical educational means for the success of the physical and sports education class, Thus, physical education and sports objectives are achieved under a moderate level of competencies.
