Environmental policy and social development in Algeria السياسة البيئية و التنمية الاجتماعية في الجزائر

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة العلاقة التي تربط السياسة البيئية و التنمية الاجتماعية في الجزائر-ولاية معسكر نموذجا- مع تحديد مؤشرات التنمية الاجتماعية التي تربطها بالبيئة ، حيث خرجنا بنتائج تدل على أن السياسة البيئية و التنمية الاجتماعية لهما تأثير متبادل فيما بينهما ، و السياسة البيئية في الجزائر(ولاية معسكر نموذجا) غير ناجحة مما يؤثر على التنمية الاجتماعية و بالتالي عدم رضا المواطن الجزائري. Abstract: The current study deals with the relation between the environmental policy and social development in Algeria-Province of Mascara as a model- with the determination of social development’s indicators which connect them to the environment and environmental policy, the results shows that the environmental policy and social development have a mutual effect, to conclude the environmental policy in Algeria (province of Mascara as a model ) is not efficacious, which negatively affects to the social development, so the dissatisfaction of the Algerian citizen.
