Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز أن التقييم المالي وفق مقاربة التدفقات بمختلف الطرق المنشقة منها أحسن وأنجع لمؤسسة (ENTP) من مقاربات التقييم الأخرى خصوصا مقاربة الذمة المالية والمعتمدة بشكل كبير من طرف خبراء التقييم في الجزائر. قمنا باختيار طريقة تدفقات الخزينة المستحدثة كدراسة تطبيقية في المؤسسة خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين (2016-2025) وذلك بالاعتماد على بياناتها المالية المتمثلة في كل من (الميزانية المالية، حسابات النتائج، جدول تدفقات الخزينة، جدول حسابات النتائج التقديري، جدول تدفقات الخزينة التقديري(، وخلصنا إلى أن اعتماد هذه الطريقة أمر صعب نوعا ما نظرا لمتطلبات تطبيقيها، خاصة إذا تعلق الأمر بمعدل الخصم أو الاستحداث للتدفقات المتوقع حدوثها في ظل غياب سوق مالي حقيقي. Abstract: This study aims to highlight that the financial evaluation according to the approach of flows in various ways derived from them is better and more effective for (ENTP) than other evaluation approaches, especially the financial disclosure approach, which is largely approved by the evaluation experts in Algeria. We applied the discounted cash flow method) DCF) in ENTP during (2016-2025) based on its financial statements represented in the (financial budget, income statement, treasury flows table, estimated income statement, estimated treasury flows table). We concluded that adopting this method is somewhat difficult due to the requirements of its application, especially when it comes to the discount rate or the creation of the expected flows in the absence of a real financial market
