Abstract: Ce travail a pour objet l’étude de la possibilité d’utiliser l’huile de tournesol époxydé comme bio plastifiant du PVC. Pour cela, on a préparé un mélange se compose de : PVC ; DOP et HTE et les stabilisants pour différentes compositions sous une température de 170 °C, ensuite des analyses ont été effectué suivi par l’étude des propriétés en fonction de la variation du taux de HTE/DOP par le test de coloration (étuve, mélangeur), les propriétés mécaniques (traction, dureté), IRTF, UV-Vis et la perte de plastifiant. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l’augmentation du taux de HTE ajouté a un influence sur les propriétés mécaniques, retardant la coloration, aussi effet de sa migration fait limiter la migration du DOP à la surface. This work aims to study of possibility to use epoxidized sunflower oil as bio plasticizer of PVC. For that impose mixture was prepared by PVC, DEHP and ESO; stabilizers, with different compositions under temperature of 170 °C, then an analysis was effected steady by study of properties with variations level of ESO/DEHP system, by the test of color, mechanical properties, IRTF,UV-Vis, and plasticizers loss. The results obtained shown that the increase level of ESO added had influenced the mechanical properties, color retardant and his loss of plasticizer and the migration of DEHP at the surface.
