Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح دور التدريب الإلكتروني التشاركي كأسلوب لتنمية الرأس المال البشري، وتمت الدراسة بمؤسسة عمومية اقتصادية " المؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة " باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة العاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يساهم التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي في تنمية معارف الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة؛ يساهم التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي في تنمية مهارات الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة؛ يساهم التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي في تثمين خبرة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة

This study came to clarify the role of participatory electronic training as a method for developing human capital, and the study was carried out in a public economic institution, "The National Aeronautics Corporation, Ouargla Airport" using the descriptive analytical approach, and to collect data, a questionnaire was used, and the study community consisted of a group of employees of the National Air Navigation Corporation.
