قلق المستقبل وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدىمرضىالقصور الكلوي دراسة ميدانية في مستشفى محمد بوضياف – ورقلة –

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث في العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي بمستشفى محمد بوضياف –ورقلة- تم إجراء الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الإرتباطي،حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100)مريض ومريضة بمستشفى محمد بوضياف من مرضى القصور الكلوي، وتم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة وذلك باستخدام مقياس " قلق المستقبل "من إعداد غالب رضوان (2015) ومقياس "مستوى الطموح"من إعداد معوض عبد العظيم (2005). وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليل النتائج عبر التحليل الإحصائي (spss) توصلت الدراسة عدة نتائج ومن أهمها : - أن مستوى قلق المستقبل لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة جاء مرتفع - أن مستوى الطموح لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة جاء مرتفع. - لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين قلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لدىمرضى القصور الكلوي بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة. - لا توجد فروق علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية في قلق المستقبل لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي تعزى لمتغير العمر. - لا توجد فروق علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الطموح لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الطموح في قلق المستقبل لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي. - لا توجد فروق علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية في قلق المستقبل لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي تعزى إلى مدة المرض.

This current study aimed to investingate the relationship between future anxiety and the level of ambition among patients with renal failure at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital- Ouargla- the study was conducted based on the descriptive approach in a correlational method, where the study sample consisted of(100)male and female patients at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital- Ouargla- from patients .kidney failure, selected. In a simple random way, using the "future Anxiety" scale prepqred by GhqlebRadwan(2015)and the "Ambition Level" scale prepared by Moawad Abdel Azim (2005).After collecting information and analyzing the results through the analysis of statistics of (spss).Results, the most important of which are: -The level of future anxiety among patients with renal insufficiency at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital-ouargla-came high. Between future anxiety and the level of ambition among patients with renal failure at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital-ouargla- -There are no statistically significant differences in future anxiety among patients with renal failure due to the age variable .Renal due to gender variable. -There are no statistically significant differences between high and low aspiration in future anxiety among patients with renal failure. -There are no statistically significant differences in future anxiety among patients with renal failure due to disease durqtion
