مهارات الاتصال لذوي المهن الحرة ودورها في استقطاب الزبون عينة من األطباء الخواص بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة احلالية إىل معرفة دور مهارات االتصال اليت يستخدمها أصحاب املهن احلرة يف استقطاب الزبون .وىذا متت دراستو بطرح التساؤل الرئيسي : ما الدور الذي تؤديو مهارات االتصال لذوي املهن احلرة)األطباء الخواص( يف استقطاب الزبون)املريض(، وتندرج حتتو التساؤالت الفرعية : 1 _ما ىي جمموع املهارات اليت يستخدمها الطبيب الستقطاب املريض)الزبون(؟ 2 _ىل ىذه املهارات كافية وفعالة الستقطاب الزبون؟ 3 _ما ىي أىم املعوقات اليت تواجو الطبيب أثناء تواصلو مع املريض؟ ولإلجابة عن التساؤالت مت االعتماد على منهج املسح االجتماعي بالتحديد)املسح العينة(مستخدمني يف ذلك كل من _املالحظة واملقابلة املوجهة جلمع البيانات من 03 مفردة )طبيب خاص(من جماالت احلضارية خمتلفة يف مدينة ورقلة.حيث دامت الدراسة امليدانية أقل من شهر )52 يوم( وأسفرت الدراسة على نتيجة مفادىا أن:لمهارات االتصال دور أساسي وفعال في استقطاب الزبون .

The current study aims to know the role of communication skills used by the self-employed in attracting the client. This was studied by asking the main question: What is the role played by the communication skills of the self-employed (private doctors) in attracting the client (the patient), and sub-questions fall under it: 1_ What are the total skills that the doctor uses to attract the patient (the customer)? 2_ Are these skills sufficient and effective to attract the customer? 3_ What are the most important obstacles facing the doctor while communicating with the patient? In order to answer the questions, the social survey method was specifically relied on (the sample survey), Where the field study lasted less than a month (25 days), and the study resulted in the conclusion that: Communication skills have an essential and effective role in attracting the customer.
