dc.description.abstracthis study aims to highlight the role of public relations in improving the reputation of the sports establishment, as public relations are based on achieving the common interest between the sports institution and the related audiences in order to strengthen and improve its reputation ,The researcher adopted the descriptive approach that fits the nature of the study, as this study was conducted on a random sample from the external audience of the sports complex in Chlef ,The number of 60 individuals has been applied, between 25/08/2019 and 19/12/2019 as a period of this study , the survey questionnaire tool to collect data and information, And for the analysis of the study data, were used the following statistical methods: the mean and the standard deviation, Chi square. by Using the statistical package of science social (spss). The study reached many results, the most important of which is that public relations have a role in gaining confidence. The researcher relied on statistical methods suitable for treating the external audience by contributing to consolidating the reputation of the sports complex in the minds of the public.en_US
