dc.description.abstractThe current study aimed to know the obstacles that face teachers in discovering athletic talents through internal extra-curricular sports activities from their point of view in Middle school, and the researchers used the descriptive-survey method to verify the research hypotheses, and the research sample consisted of physical education professors in Middle school, represented in a questionnaire for professors and taking their answers and impressions, in order to extra the results. The researchers concluded that the reduction of tools and equipment to practicing sports in school plus this , the hourly volume for practicing physical education or school sports are obstacles to selecting sports talents and directing them to sports clubs. The study recommended the necessity to pay attention and support school sport, as it is the main pillar for selecting sports talents by providing the tools and equipment and increasing the hourly volume of this competition in order to reach the goalsen_US
