Abstract

زد اهتمام الباحثين بمجال النباتات الطبية و العطرية على الصعيد العالمي على مدى العقود الماضية بسبب الفوائد الصحية و ارتباطها بمجموعة متنوعة من الانشطة الدوائية و الحيوية ومن بين هذه النباتات البابونج. ينتمي جنس Matricaria العائلة المركبة Asteraceae الاسم الشائع له البابونج, يضم هذا الأخير عددا من الأنواع مثل M. aurea, M.a discoidea ,Matricaria glabre, Matricaria miritima L ,Matricaria recutita… و النوع الشائع والذي قمنا بد ا رسته هو Matricaria chamomille او ما يعرف بالبابونج البري الذي يحتوي على مركبات نشطة بيولوجيا وخصائص علاجية مضادة للالتهابات ولأكسدة والميكروبات مثل الفينولات و الكومارينات والزيوت العطرية التي تدخل في تركيبة العديد من المنتجات التجارية الغذائية و الطبية ومستحض ا رت التجميل والعطور...إضافة إلى د ا رسة إمكانية الاستفادة منها في اكتشاف مركبات دوائية أو في التطبيقات الغذائية أو الصناعية، ولا سيما في إنتاج عطور حيوية جديدة لم تدخل اليها يد التغيير .
