Etude d’un hôtel (bâtiment R+5+S. Sol), contreventement mixte, en zone de sismicité moyenne

Abstract

This project presents a detailed study of a building for hotel use (R+5+basement), braced by a mixed structure (sails and porticoes) and located in the wilaya of Skikda. This region is classified as a zone of medium seismicity (IIa) according to the RPA99 version 2003. Using the calculation and verification regulations for reinforced concrete (RPA99V2003 and B.A.E.L91 modified99), this study contains the general description of the project with a presentation of the characteristic’s materials, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure, the descent of the loads. and the calculation of secondary elements (beams, stairs, parapet, balcony, and floor). In the end we will do a dynamic study of the structure with the ROBOT2022 software, in order to determine the different stresses due to the loads (permanent loads, operating loads and seismic load), and we finish the work with a general conclusion.

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage hôtelier (R+5+sous-sol), contreventé par une structure mixte (voiles et portiques) et implanté à la wilaya de Skikda. Cette région est classée en zone de moyenne sismicité (IIa) selon le RPA99 version 2003. En utilisant les règlements de calculs et vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99), Cette étude contient la description générale du projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux, ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure, la descente des charges et le calcul des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère, balcon, et plancher). En fin on va faire une étude dynamique de la structure avec le logiciel ROBOT2022, afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d'exploitation et charge sismique), et on termine le travail avec une conclusion générale.
