Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the role played by Arab bourses in the financing of tourism enterprises to develop their projects and expand and thus the tourism sector développent in the Arabe countries by taking some bourses sample (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman) during the period from 2005 to 2015, The study was conducted by using some of the indicators to explain. Most indicators weakness of the Arab stock markets proved to finance the operations of the tourism sector, in spite of the great importance attached by these countries to this sector being one of the most important resources of governments of thèse countries
