Abstract:	This study aims to testing the impact of oil crisis on the international oil companies' profitability during the period 2011 to 2010. We use simple from (10) Oil companies, putting: the financial profitability indicator and the Global profitability index indicator as dependent variables and the oil crisis represented with the changes of oil prices during the study as an independent variable. The results show that there is a negative impact of the oil crisis on the companies' profitability
