TOWARD A BLOCKCHAIN SOLUTION FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION BASED ON BPMN

Abstract

Digitization is the process of transforming information from a physical format to a digital format. Digitalization is the term used when this process is employed to improve business processes. Digital transformation is the term used to describe the results of this process. Usually, when an organization decides to start a digital transformation, it needs Business process management (BPM), which is the art and science of overseeing how work is performed in an organization to ensure consistent outcomes and to take advantage of improvement opportunities. There are many programs that represent BPMN; this research relied on Bonitasoft. It is necessary for any institution to protect its data. In this research, blockchain was proposed as a method of protection as a very powerful system due to its decentralization. And relied on caterpillar to convert BPMN to Blockchain.
