Abstract

تعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال من أهم السمات التي تتصف بها المجتمعات في الوقت الراهن، ومنه أصبحت هذه التكنولوجيا مرهونة بمصطلح هو الآخر حديث النشأة والمتمثل في الحوكمة، ولإثراء بحثنا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة متيجي، حيث إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على فعالية حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال، وقد قمنا بتوزيع إستمارة على فئات عينة الدراسة مثلها بعض المسيرين، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة لها مستوى جيد نوعا ما من حيث تطبيق الحوكمة، ولكن ينقصها ربط هذا النظام بوسائل الإتصال الحديثة. Abstract: Information and communication technology is one of the most important features that characterize societies at the present time, and from this technology has become subject to the term newly emerging and represented in governance. And communication, we have distributed a form to the study sample categories like some of the managers, and the study concluded that the institution has a somewhat good level in terms of application of governance, but it lacks linking this system with modern means of communication.
