صراع الأدوار لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من للأستاذات العاملات بثانويات مدينة تقرت

Abstract

تهدف الد ا رسة الحالية والتي جاءت تحت عنوان ص ا رع الأدوار لدى الم أ ر ة العاملة المتز وجة ببعض ثانويات مدينة تقرت، لمعرفة مستوى ص ا رع الأدوار الذي تتعرض له ,في إحدى قطاعات التربية وهي المؤسسة الترب وية وبضبط الطور الثانوي .وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في ص ا رع الأدوار ,السن وعدد الأولاد لدى الأستاذات العاملات ببعض ثانويات مدينة تقرت، , ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي, أما عينة الد ا رسة فتكونت من (115) أستاذة متزوجة , وبالنسبة للأدوات المستخدمة تم تبني مقياس ص ا رع الأدوار , وفيما يخص الأساليب الإحصائية تم إستخدام المتوسط الحسابي والإنح ا رف المعياري والتك ا ر ا رت و إختبار "ت" وألفا كرومباخ. وعليه تمت صياغة التساؤلات كما يلي : -1 ما مستوى ص ا رع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات العاملات بثانويات مدينة تقرت ؟ -2 هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ص ا رع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات العاملات بثانويات مدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير السن؟ -3 هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ص ا رع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات العاملات بثانويات مدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير عدد الأولاد؟ و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته موضوع الد ا رسة، كما إستخدم المتوسط الحسابي والإنح ا رف المعياري للتحقق من الفرضية الأولى و اختبار T test للتحقق من الفرضيتين الثانية والثالثة، وكانت نتائج الد ا رسة كما يلي : 1 تتعرض الأساتذة العاملات بثانويات بمدينة تقرت لمستوى متوسط من ص ا رع الأدوار . -2 لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ص ا رع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات العاملات بثانويات مدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير السن . - 3 لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ص ا رع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات العاملات بثانويات مدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير عدد الأولاد . وقد تم تفسير ومناقشة الد ا رسة بالد ا رسات السابقة والجانب النظري الذي كتب حول الموضوع

The current study, which came under the title of role conflict for married working women in some secondary schools in Touggourt, aims to know the level of role conflict that they are exposed to, in one of the education sectors, which is the educational institution, and by controlling the secondary phase. As well as identifying the differences in role conflict, age and number of children among female professors working in some secondary schools in Touggourt, and to achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (115) married professors, and for the tools used, the role conflict scale was adopted، As for the tools used, the role conflict scale was adopted, and with regard to the statistical methods, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequencies, t-test and Alpha Crombach were used: accordingly, the questions were formulated as follows: - 1What is the level of role conflict among the female teachers working in the secondary schools of Touggourt? 2- Are there any statistically significant differences in the roles conflict among female teachers working in the secondary schools of the city of Touggourt due to the age variable? 3- Are there statistically significant differences in the roles conflict among female teachers working in the secondary schools of Touggourt due to the variable number of children? The descriptive approach was used to suit the subject of the study, and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation were used to verify the first hypothesis and the T test to verify the second and third hypotheses, and the results of the study were as follows: - 1Teachers working in secondary schools in Touggourt are exposed to an average level of role conflict. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the role conflict among the female teachers working in the secondary schools of Touggourt, due to the age variable. 3 - There are no statistically significant differences in the roles conflict among female teachers working in the secondary schools of Touggourt, due to the variable number of children The study was interpreted and discussed with previous studies and the theoretical side that was written on the subject
