Etude de la liaison chimique dans des borures de terres -rares

Abstract

In this research، we studied the electronic bonds of rare earth borides using the simulation program WIEN2K، using the density function theory (DFT)، where we relied on studying the experimental and improved electronic structures of the compounds YCrB4، ThMoB4 and TmAlB4. This study allows revealing the differences and similarities between the structural structure Of the two compounds، the compound YCrB4 is a semiconductor، while the compound ThMoB4 has metallic properties. We note the presence of the conductive property of the compound TmAlB4 in both the compounds YCrB4 and ThMoB4 and this is consistent with the experimental results

Danscetterecherche، nous avonsétudié les liaisons électroniques des borures de terresrares à l'aide du programme de simulation WIEN2K، en utilisant la théorie de la fonction de densité (DFT)،où nous noussommesappuyéssurl'étude des structures électroniquesexpérimentales et améliorées des composés YCrB4، ThMoB4 et TmAlB4. permet de révéler les différences et les similitudes entre la structure structurale des deuxcomposés، le composé YCrB4 est un semi-conducteur،tandisque le composé ThMoB4 a des propriétésmétalliques.On note la présence de la propriétéconductrice du composé TmAlB4 dans les deuxcomposés YCrB4 et ThMoB4، et ceciestcohérent avec les résultatsexpérimentaux

قمنا في هذا البحث بدراسة الروابط الالكترونية لبوريدات العناصر الأرضية النادرة باستعمال برنامج المحاكاة WIEN2K وذلك باستعمال نظرية دالية الكثافة (DFT)، حيث اعتمدنا على دراسة الهياكل الالكترونية التجريبية و المحسنة للمركبات YCrB4 و ThMoB4والمركب TmAlB4هذه الدراسة تسمح بالكشف عن أوجه الاختلاف و التشابه بين البنية الهيكلية للمركبين ، المركب YCrB4عبارة عن شبه ناقل بينما المركب ThMoB4له خصائص معدنية ونلاحظ وجود الخاصية الناقلية للمركب TmAlB4في كلا من المركبينYCrB4 و ThMoB4وهذا ما يتفق مع النتائج التجريبية .
