الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بقلق المستقبل لدى مرضى الأورام السرطانية -دراسة ميدانية بمدينتي ورقلة والوادي

Abstract

هىدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرؼ عمى العلبقة بيف الضغوط النفسية وقمؽ المستقبؿ لدى مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية في مدنيتي الوادي وورقمة ولمتحقؽ مف فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا عمى المنيج الوصفي الارتباطي وقمنا بتطبيؽ مقياسيف (مقياس قمؽ المستقبؿ، مقياس الضغط النفسي ) عمى عينة تـ اختيارىا بطريقة قصدية مكونة مف 80مريض ومريضة مف مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية، وتـ معالجة البيانات بواسطة برنامج الرزـ الاحصائية spssوقد توصمت الدراسةإلى النتائج التالية:يعاني مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية بدرجة متوسطة مف الضغط النفسي.يعاني مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية بدرجة متوسطة مف قمؽ المستقبؿ. توجد علبقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة ذات دلالة احصائية بيف الضغط النفسي وقمؽ المستقبؿ لدى مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية ذلؾ أنو كؿ ما زاد الضغط النفسي المرضى كمما زاد معو بدرجة متو سطة قمقيـ مف المستقبؿ. لا توجد فروؽ ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي وقمؽ المستقبؿ تعزى لمتغير الجنس.لا توجد فروؽ ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية تعزى لمتغير السف، بينما توجد فروؽ ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى قمؽ المستقبؿ لدى الأوراـ السرطانية تعزى لمتغير السف. لا توجد فروؽ ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي ومستوى قمؽ المستقبؿ لدى مرضى الأوراـ السرطانية تعزى لمتغير مدة العلبج.الكممات المفتاحية: الضغط النفسي، قمؽ المستقبؿ، الأوراـ السرطانية

The current study aimed to identify the relation between psychological stress and future anxiety among cancer patients in the cities of El Oued and Ouargla, to verify the hypotheses of the study, we relied on the correlative descriptive approach. In fact, we applied two scales (Future Anxiety Scale and Psychological stress Scale) to an intentionally selected sample which consisting of 80 patients of the two genders having cancer tumors. The data were processed by the statistical package program SPSS. The study concluded the following results:-Cancer patients experience moderate psychological stress.-Cancer patients experience moderate future anxiety.-There is a moderate, statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and future anxiety among patients with cancer tumors, as the more psychological stress of patients increases the more they worry moderately about the future.-There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress and future anxiety attributed to the gender variable.There are no statistically significant differences in the level ofpsychological stress among cancer patients attributed to the age variable, while there are statistically significant differences in the level of future anxiety among those patients attributed to the age variable.-There are nostatistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress and level of future anxiety among cancer patients attributed to the duration of treatment variable.
