الدلالات الأمنية للتطبيع الرسمي بين المغرب واسرائيل

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: مثلت العلاقات المغربية الإسرائيلية حالة خاصة وفريدة من نوعها في المنطقة و يعود تاريخ تقارب العلاقات بين المغرب وإسرائيل الى سنوات متعددة لا سيما في المجالين الاقتصادي و التجاري حيث أقام المغرب علاقات تعاون وثيقة مع الدولة العبرية وهذا ما سيظر في هذه الدراسة من خلال تحليل وذراسة التطبيع الرسمي بين المغرب واسرائيل ومعرفة دلالاته الأمنية من منظور المقاربة الواقعية وقد تم تقسيم العمل المقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة بالاضافة الى قائمة المراجع.

Résumé: Les relations maroco-israéliennes représentaient un cas particulier et unique dans la région. L'histoire du rapprochement des relations entre le Maroc et Israël remonte à plusieurs années, notamment dans les domaines économique et commercial. Le Maroc a établi des relations de coopération étroites avec l'Etat hébreu, et c'est ce qui sera envisagé dans cette étude à travers l'analyse et l'étude de la normalisation officielle. Entre le Maroc et Israël et connaissant ses implications sécuritaires dans une perspective d'approche réaliste. L'etude a été divisé en une introduction, trois chapitres, et une conclusion, en plus d'une liste de références

summary: The Moroccan-Israeli relations represented a special and unique case in the region. The history of the rapprochement of relations between Morocco and Israel dates back to several years, especially in the economic and commercial fields. Morocco established close cooperation relations with the Hebrew state, and this is what will be considered in this study through the analysis and study of official normalization. Between Morocco and Israel and knowing its security implications from the perspective of a realistic approach. The work has been divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion, in addition to a list of references.
