Summary of the study in English This study focused on the theme: "The role of continuing education in improving the level of service in public administrations" - case study - the Local Administration Department of the Wilaya of Ouargla represented by answering the question main topic: To what extent does continuing education contribute to the promotion of service within public administrations? Our objective in the field study is to consolidate and support the opinions, suggestions and solutions extracted from the theoretical framework, while trying to identify concretely the reality through the case studied (Department of Local Administration of the State of Ouargla), so that we can draw many opinions, suggestions, results and recommendations appropriate to the current situation, with the possibility of generalizing these suggestions or results on the different administrative sectors in Algeria

Summary de l'étude en français Cette étude portait sur le thème : « Le rôle de la formation continue dans l'amélioration du niveau de service dans les administrations publiques » - étude de cas - la Direction de l'Administration Locale de la Wilaya de Ouargla représentée en répondant à la question principale suivante : Dans quelle mesure la formation continue contribue-t-elle à la promotion du service au sein des administrations publiques? Notre objectif dans l'étude de terrain est de conforter et d'étayer les avis, suggestions et solutions extraits du cadre théorique, tout en essayant de cerner concrètement la réalité à travers le cas étudié (Direction de l'Administration Locale de l'Etat de Ouargla), afin que nous puissions tirer de nombreux avis, suggestions, résultats et recommandations appropriés à la situation actuelle, avec la possibilité de généraliser .
