التصورات المهنية المستقبلية لدى طلبة الشبه طبي دراسة استكشافية بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه طبي بورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة التصورات المهنية المستقبلية لدى طلبة الشبه طبي بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه طبي ورقلة، ومعرفة ماإذا كانت هناك فروق في التصورات المهنية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المستوى التعليمي ،التخصص الدراسي، نمط الإقامة) للقيام بهذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي لأنه الأنسب لهذا الغرض، ولجمع البيانات تم تصميم أداة للقياس والكشف عن التصورات المهنية المستقبلية لطلبة الشبه طبي، وبعد حساب بعض الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة والمتمثلة في الصدق والثبات، تم التأكد من صلاحيتها للاستخدام في الدراسة الحالية، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (150) طالب وطالبة بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه طبي بورقلة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العرضية، وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss25) بالاعتماد على اختبار ت لعينة واحدة، اختبار ت لعينتين مسقلتين، تحليل التباين الأحادي، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على مايلي: - التصورات التي يحملها طلبة الشبه طبي بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه بورقلة حول المهنة المستقبلية إيجابية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التصورات المهنية لدى طلبة الشبه طبي بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه بورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التصورات المهنية المستقبلية لدى طلبة الشبه بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه بورقلة طبي تعزى للمستوى الدراسي . - لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة في التصورات المهنية المستقبلية لدى طلبة الشبه طبي بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه بورقلة تعزى للتخصص الدراسي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة في التصورات المهنية المستقبلية لدى طلبة الشبه طبي بالمعهد الوطني للتكوين العالي للشبه بورقلة تعزى لنمط الإقامة. وفي الأخير تمت مناقشة وتفسير النتائج وفقا لبعض الدراسات السابقة ورأي الطالبة واختتمت بجملة من المقترحات.

The current study aimed to try to reveal the nature of future professional perceptions among paramedical students at the National Institute of the Higher Training of Paramedical of Ouargla. And find out if there are differences in occupational perceptions due to variables of sex, specialization, educational level, and accommodation style . To do this study We relied on the descriptive exploratory approach Because it is best suited for this purpose and for data collection, A tool is designed to measure and reveal the future professional perceptions of paramedical students and after Calculation of some psychometric properties of the tool represented in honesty and stability , it is confirmed that it is valid for use in the current study. It was applied to a sample of (150) trainees at the National Institute of Paramedical Higher Training ouargla . They were chosen by simple random method. After the data collection, the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS25), The results of the study resulted in the following: - The perceptions carried by paramedical students at the National Institute of the Higher Training of Paramedical of Ouargla on the future profession are positive. - There are statistically significant differences in the professional perceptions of paramedical students at the National Institute of the Higher Training of Paramedical of Ouargla attributed to gender variable in favor to females. - There are no statistically significant differences in future professional perceptions among paramedical students at the National Institute of the Higher Training of Paramedical of Ouargla It is attributed to the academic specialization - There are no statistically significant differences in future professional perceptions among paramedical students at the National Institute of the Higher Training of Paramedical of Ouargla It depends on the academic level . - There are no statistically significant differences in future professional perceptions among paramedical students at the National Institute of the Higher Training of Paramedical of Ouargla Due to the accommodation style Finally, the results were discussed and interpreted according to some previous studies and the opinion of the student.
