FACTOR ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE THE ADMINISTRATIVE EMPOWERMENT PRACTICES IN THE ALGERIAN ECONOMIC COMPANIES التحليل العاملي لتحديد ممارسات التمكين الإداري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل البيانات لدراسة استقصائية تبحث في تحديد العوامل المحددة لممارسات التمكين الإداري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سطيف التي يقدر عددها بـ 15 مؤسسة، بحيث تم عرض الاستبيان على عينة من الإطارات العليا بها والتي يقدر حجمها بـ 150 مفردة، وذلك باستخدام المعالجة الإحصائية ببرمجي SPSS & AMOS، بأسلوب التحليل العاملي (الاستكشافي والتوكيدي)، بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك تطابق شبه تام بين النموذج الفرضي للدراسة والنموذج الميداني مع تحديد خمسة عوامل تدخل في بناء ممارسات التمكين الإداري (بناء فرق العمل، التعلم والتدريب، حوافز العاملين، الاتصال ومشاركة المعلومات والاستقلالية) . The study aims to analyze the data of a survey, this survey is looking to define the determining factors for administrative empowerment practices in the economic companies of the state of Sétif, estimated at 15 company. the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the upper cadre, which is estimated at 150 individual, using the statistical processing by program SPSS and AMOS, in a method of factor analysis (exploratory and confirmatory). The study concluded that there almost completely match between the hypothetical model and the field model of study, with identifying five factors go into building administrative empowerment practices (team building, learning and training, staff motivation, Connection, sharing information and independence).
