Abstract: The aim of the current study entitled: 'Assessment of the effectiveness of the (psychological care) for the cells of listening and prevention of youth health - a field study in the Youth Institutions Bureau-'. To identify the extent of the counseling service (psychological care) for the cells of listening and prevention of youth, and to identify the differences in the degree of evaluation of the effectiveness of the counseling service (psychological care) for the listening cells due to the gender variable of the young reviewers. The study was conducted on a sample of (82) young men and women, who were chosen purposively, and to test the hypotheses of the study, a questionnaire of psychological care was applied, and its psychometric properties were verified. the study relied on the descriptive approach, the study used the statistical treatment through the program (spss20), where the following statistical methods were used: averages, standard deviations, and (t. test). We found that the extent of the counseling service (psychological care) for the listening cells and the prevention of young people is high, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological care for the listening cells and Youth protection in the study sample attributed to the gender variable in favor of females
