Abstract: The goal objective of this study is to decipher the meaning role of corporate culture in improving the functioning of the human resource, from the main question of whether there is a role for corporate culture in improving the human resource performance . In line with the nature and objectives of the study undertaken with a view to describing the corporate culture and its impact on the performance of the employees, the researcher used the descriptive method, which is a way of describing and developing the studied phenomenon in quantitative and qualitative terms. An intended sample (spin-off), which was a single count (35), was also adopted, as was the corresponding tool as well as a participatory observation to obtain data and information and after the compilation of such data and information was quantified and commented upon, and the following results were obtained: 1- The prevailing organizational values of the enterprise contribute to the productivity of workers. 2- Symbols and signals have a positive impact on the quality of the work done at the enterprise. 3- Organizational beliefs and customs have increased the skills of the employees of the institution. 4- The institution's rituals and rituals have a positive effect on the attendance of workers. 5- The prevailing culture of the enterprise has a role to play in improving the functioning of the employees of the enterprise
