UPGRADING BURNER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMPLEMENTATION OF BURNER FLAME SENSORS) CASE STUDY: HOT OIL HEATER CPF MENZEL LEDJMET EAST

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to make a general study on Burner Management system and the burners flame sensors implementation in the MLE field, proposing different equipment to improve the safety and operation of the BMS. At the first part we will explain and expressed for each company has a relation in MLE project, SONATRACH, FCP and ENI. The second part we will discuss the safety and control criterion; by studying all the BMS control philosophy (valves, BDV valves ...) so that we can say what type of equipment should be used in the project. The third part is to achieve an optimal accuracy; by implementation and configuration burners flame sensors using Simatic manager software, to make the project realizable and meet all safety conditions; that were present in the old architecture.

الغرض من هذا العمل هو إجراء دراس ة عام ة حول نظام إدارة الموقد )الفرن( وتنفيذ مستشعرات اللهب في الشعلات، واقترا ح معدات مختلفة لتحسين سلامة وتشغيل نظام إدارة النظام. في الجزء الأول سنشرح ونوضح كل شركة لها علاقة بمشروع MLE و SONATRACH و FCP و ENI . الجزء الثاني سوف نناقش معيار السلامة والتحكم. من خلال دراسة طريقة التحكم في BMS )الصمامات، صمامات BDV ).. حتى نتمكن من تحديد نوع المعدات التي يجب استخدامها واضافتها في المشروع. الجزء الثالث هو تحقيق الدقة المثلى؛ م ن خلال التنفيذ والبرمجة، لأجهزة استشعار اللهب باستخدام برنامج SIMATIC MANAGER ، لجعل المشروع قابلا ا للتحقيق وتلبية جميع شروط السلامة ؛ التي كانت موجودة في النظام الأصلي.
