Electronic commerce, what protection

Abstract

This study deals with E-Commerce as new aspect of business and knowledge economy, born by technological development, so it is important to shed light on the laws that regulate E-Commerce and its harmony with the globalization lived by the world. And it came to the conclusion that the Algerian legislator sought to provide all the legislative tools that ensure the completion of electronic commerce by updating the legislative texts and introducing laws to ensure the electronic trading process.
