Abstract: The crime has seriouslydeveloped in ourdays, withextremedaily rates. It growswithtechnology in all fields, particularly in the field of communications. Aiming to succeed in their crimes, manycriminals have resorted to usingmeans of communication that help in preparing the pre-crime and itsaftermath by means of hiding and blurring the crime prints and escapingfrom justice. In order to fightagainstserious crimes, thereis a multiplicity of stability for individuals as well as for societies. It undertook the intervention of the legislator to provide the judicial police and to put in their modern means of research and investigation, such as the interception of correspondence made by means of telecommunications, to put in place technicaldevices capture, broadcast and recording of voice calls, and the search for and arrest of perpetrators
