Abstract: The general rule is that legislation is the prerogative of the legislative authority, but the constitutional founder granted the legislative jurisdiction to the executive branch in certain areas. The Consumer Protection and Suppression of Fraud Law is characterized by privacy in his legitimate corner, as the legislator has cededed his job to the executive branch that is organizing this law by determining the features of criminalization in it, which led to the increase in the legislative jurisdiction of the executive branch in exchange for reducing the role of the legislator in this type of crime
