dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the e-government project on the quality of public services provided by the civil status services For 114 people using the electronic questionnaire, we used the SERVPERF model to measure service quality and (SPSS.V.21) (AMOS.V.21) in the statistical operations and structural equation modeling to study relationships between proposed variables, the results of the study concluded that there is a positive effect for each of the five dimensions of quality on the perceived quality of electronic services provided by the civil status services this explains the improvement in the quality of electronic public services despite the novelty of the e-government project in Algerian administrationsen_US
