Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة تبيان مدى توفر حماية قانونية لهذه الفئة الهشة من المجتمع من خلال إشكالية تبحث في مدى كفاية النصوص القانونية وفعالية الأجهزة الموضوعة لها دوليا ووطنيا لحماية الطفل من هذا الاستخدام غير المشروع لتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال. وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية اعتمدنا الخطة المقسمة إلى بابين، فأما الباب الأول فكان بعنوان: تشريع الحماية الجزائية للأطفال من استخدامات غير مشروعة لتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال، أما الباب الثاني فخصصناه لتبيان مدى فاعلية أجهزة حماية الأطفال من الاستخدام غير المشروع لتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال.

Cette étude Essayez demontrer dans quelle mesure la protection juridique est disponible pour ce groupe vulnérable de la société à travers une problématique qui examine l'adéquation des textes juridiques et l'efficacité des dispositifs mis en place à leur intention au niveau international et national pour protéger les enfants de cette utilisation illégale de l'information, et la technologie des communications.
