اثر الشمول المالي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980- 2020

Abstract

استهدفت هذه الدراسة إلي قياس أثر الشمول المالي (القروض والودائع) على النمو الاقتصادي (معدل النمو) في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2020) ، تم ذلك باستخدام نماذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي بعد التأكد من استقرارية السلسلة وبالاستعانة ب Eviews12 تم بناء نموذج قياسي والتطرق للتحليل الهيكلي لنموذج المقدر بطريقة MCO،وقد توصل البحث الى الإستنتاجات اهمها وجود علاقة تزامنية قصيرة الأجل وذلك لعدم وجود تكامل مشترك بين النتغيرات ،ومن ثم مناقشة النتائج المتحصل عليها، كما تبين من اختبار سببية غرانجر وجود علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه من الشمول المالي إلى النمو الاقتصادي، ومن خلال نتائج تحليل الصدمات انه عند حدوث صدمة على معدل النمو تأثر تأثير سلبي على كل من القروض والودائع، مما يتطلب توعية الأفراد بأهمية الإستثمار في المشاريع الإنتاجية والتي تساهم في النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر.

This study aimed to measure the impact of financial inclusion (loans and deposits) on economic growth (growth rate) in Algeria during the period (1980-2020), using autoregressive ray models after ensuring the stability of the chain and using Eviews12 A standard model was built and the structural analysis of the estimator model was addressed by the MCO method, and the research reached the conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a short-term synchronous relationship due to the lack of co-integration between the variables, and then discussing the results obtained, as it was shown by the Granger causal test that there is a one-way causal relationship from Financial inclusion to economic growth, and through the results of shock analysis that when a shock occurs on the growth rate, a negative impact is affected on both loans and deposits, which requires awareness of individuals about the importance of investing in productive projects that contribute to economic growth in Algeria.
