دور الصيرفة الإلكترونية في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية بالبنوك التجارية الجزائرية دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري-وكالة تقرت خلال سنتي (2020 و2021)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة الصيرفة الالكترونية في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية، ومن أجل ذلك تم انتهاج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لكونه ملائما لعرض مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بخدمات الصيرفة الالكترونية، كما تم استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة، لأننا بصدد دراسة الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية بالبنك الوطني الجزائري لوكالة تقرت، وبعد معالجة الموضوع خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - تتميز الخدمة المصرفية في البنك الوطني الجزائري بالطابع التقليدي وهي لا تتناسب مع المعايير الدولية أما عن الخدمة المصرفية الإلكترونية، فمازالت في مرحلة أولية من خلال إدخال البطاقات الالكترونية و استعمال بعض تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في القطاع المصرفي؛

This study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of electronic banking to the development of banking services, and for this purpose, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, as it is appropriate to present the various concepts associated with electronic banking services. And the extent to which the latter benefited from the banking services provided. After addressing the topic, the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: - The banking service in the National Bank of Algeria is the traditional nature and does not fit with international standards. As for the electronic banking service, it is still in an initial stage through the introduction of bank cards and the introduction of some information and communication technology in the banking sector.
