صعوبات التكيف المدرسي لدى أطفال أقسام التربية التحضيرية من وجهة نظر معلميهم دراسة استكشافية على عينة من معلمي المدارس الابتدائية بالمقاطعات الإدارية لولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى صعوبات التكيف لدى أطفال قسم التربية التحضيرية بالمدارس الابتدائية وفق وجهة نظر معلميهم: وهي دراسة وصفية استكشافية حيث تم اختيار أفراد العينة بطريقة عشوائية وعددهم 64 معلما ومعلمة من بعض المدارس الابتدائية بالمقاطعات الإدارية لولاية ورقلة، وبعد تطبيق استبانة صعوبات التكيف ( مجاهد مشرية 2019) أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى صعوبات التكيف المدرسي لدى أطفال التربية التحضيرية جاء متوسطا بحسب تقديرات معلميهم، إلا أن مستوى أبعاد صعوبات التكيف المدرسي جاءت درجاتها متفاوتة المستوى، إذ أظهرت النتائج أن بُعد صعوبات البيئة التعليمية كان مرتفعا و احتل المرتبة الأولى تلاه بُعد الصعوبات الاجتماعية بدرجة مرتفعة هو أيضا، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة بُعد الصعوبات النفسية بدرجة منخفضة، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى صعوبات التكيف المدرسي لدى أطفال التربية التحضيرية تعزى لتقديرات المعلمين تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و الأقدمية المهنية.:

The study aimed to identify the level of adaptation difficulties among children in the preparatory education department in primary schools according to the point of view of their teachers: it is an exploratory descriptive study where the members of the sample were randomly selected, from the number of 64 male and female teachers, from certain primary schools in the administrative districts of the wilaya of Ouargla, and after application of the questionnaire on adaptation difficulties (Mujahid Mashreya 2019) The results have showed that the level of school adaptation difficulties of children in preparatory education was average according to the estimates of their teachers. The social level is also at a high degree, and in last place after low-level psychological difficulties, the results have also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of school adjustment difficulties for children in preparatory education due to teachers' ratings according to the variable of academic qualification and professional seniority.
