Abstract: In addition to the strictly said evaluation, concerning the various stages of the evolution of the research work proper, whether it is a master’s or a doctorate, supervision, a pedagogical activity formerly established, should constitute a form of evaluation, over the long term, no doubt more objective, thanks to the privileged relationship between the supervisor and the supervised. This relationship, built on immediate exchanges and a clearly perceived communication situation, since it takes place in a context with identified parameters and therefore with neutralized difficulties and nuisances, could constitute a real “quality assurance” of scientific research. Because theoretically, the supervisor is, in fact, a true confidant of the student. The latter being in a multi-learning situation, needs to be advised and oriented on the steps to be taken to carry out his work, and this, often well before the very choice of the subject, crucial step which, generally, announces the augurs the most fruitful collaboration possible.And as such, we should think of a reconsideration of the framework, as it is conducted today. And institutionalize and enhance it from the first levels, educational and training and extended, for more profitability and efficiency, to the three years of license
