تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية في تبني نظام الإدارة البيئية بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة ليند غاز ورقلة

Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية في تبني نظام الإدارة البيئية بمؤسسة ليند غاز وحدة ورقلة، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (30) عامل، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة رقم 25 بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها:: وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الثقافة التنظيمية ومستوى تبني نظام الإدارة البيئية في مؤسسة ليند غاز وحدة ورقلة ويعزز هذا قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.610R=) أما القوة التفسيرية فقد بلغت (0.372R2=).

This study aims to identify the effect of organizational culture in adoping the system of enrivemental administration at the corporation of Lindgaz Ouargla unit the study applied on a random and simple sample which consist of 30 worker, the study also adopted the descriptive process and to achieve the goals of the study it used the resolution as a tool to gather data the received data analyse in resolution by using the program of stas package for social science (spss) copy number 25 by using arithmetic averages, normative distraction,the link transaction and analyse the various and gradnal regression the study ended to different consequences which are: there was strong relationship of stastistics between organizational culture on a level of the envirmental administration system in the corporation of Lindgaz which enhanced by the correlation factor (R=0,610) where the explanatory potential riched (R2 =0,372).
