أثر المهارات المعنوية (الناعمة )على الأداء التمريضي دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالحجيرة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن اثر المهارات المعنوية على الأداء التمريضي لدى عينة من ممرضي المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالحجيرة ،حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وذلك بإعداد وتوزيع استبانة على عينة عشوائيةشملت 54 ممرض وممرضة ، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss تم التوصل لعدة نتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لكل المهارات الناعمة والأداء التمريضي مع وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية بينهما من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة ،وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لأراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الأداء التمريضي تعزى للخصائص الشخصية.The current study aims to discover the relationship between sofe skills and nursing performance among a sample of health sector nurses in the city of ELhadjira in the light of the variables of sex and seniority.this study included 54 nuress as sample,and used the descriptive approach based on two standards: sofe skills and nursing performance .after the data had been processed by using SPSS program ,the research findings showed that there is a correlation between sofe skills and nursing performance in the study sample,and that there are no statistically significant differences in nusing performance assigned to both sex and seniority
