L’ALTERNANCE CODIQUE ET MELANGES DE LANGUE DANS LES INTERACTION PROFESSIONNELLE

Abstract

Dans cette mémoire, l'intérêt était d'identifier le phénomène de l’alternance codique, un des phénomènes de communication propres à la situation de contact de langues. Elle a tenté d’apporter un éclairage nouveau à travers le processus d’étude de l'usage du discours multilingue à travers les réunions régulières de la société américaine Halliburton.

Cette étude s'est appuyée sur l’analyse d'un ensemble d'enregistrements des réunions hebdomadaires de la société américaine Halliburton, filial d’Algérie, où Caractérise par les mots enregistrés utilisent principalement trois langue (Anglais, l’arabe et le français).

Cette réflexion nous a conduit tout d'abord à confirmer l'usage conscient et volontaire des messages du Directeur Général et d’autre chefs de service ; En d'autres termes, utilisé comme une stratégie qui leur permet d'assurer une communication plus efficace.

Deuxièmement, nous avons pu nous assurer que l’entrance codique dans la conversation dans le but de tenir les mains de contact a été plein dans notre groupe enregistré les formes d’expression combinées et les mots répandus selon le niveau linguistique du locuteur.

Enfin, nous dirons que notre réflexion sur le symbole de l’entrance codique dans ce modèle nous voulons à travers ce travail de recherche apporter une modeste contribution à l'étude des pratiques linguistiques en Algérie et à l' étude de la parole et du dialogue dans les réunions des entreprises multinationales comme exemple de la société Halliburton, qui regroupe de nombreux travailleurs de nationalités différentes afin de maîtriser, pour fournir une description plus détaillée du phénomène de l’entrance codique

In this thesis, the interest was to identify the phenomenon of code switching, one of the communication phenomena specific to the situation of language contact. She tried to shed new light through the process of studying the use of multilingual discourse through the regular meetings of the American Halliburton society.

This study was based on the analysis of a set of recordings of weekly meetings of the American company Halliburton, a subsidiary of Algeria, where Characterized by the recorded words mainly use three languages (English, Arabic and French ).

This reflection led us first of all to confirm the conscious and voluntary use of messages from the Director General and other department heads; In other words, used as a strategy that allows them to communicate more effectively.

استندت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مجموعة من التسجيلات للاجتماعات الأسبوعية لشركة هاليبرتن الأمريكية ، وهي شركة متواجدة أيضا في الجزائر ، حيث تميزت بالكلمات المسجلة بشكل رئيسي وهي تستخدم ثلاث لغات (الإنجليزية والعربية والفرنسية).

قادنا هذا التفكير في المقام الأول إلى تأكيد الاستخدام الواعي والطوعي لرسائل المدير العام ورؤساء الأقسام الآخرين ؛ بمعنى آخر ، تُستخدم كاستراتيجية تسمح لهم بالتواصل بشكل أكثر فعالية. تمكنا من التأكد من أن الدخول الترميزي إلى المحادثة بغرض إمساك أيدي الاتصال كان كاملاً في مجموعتنا، حيث سجل الأشكال المدمجة للتعبير والكلمات السائدة وفقًا للمستوى اللغوي للمتحدث.
