اثر العوامل التنظيمية على فعالية التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان " اثر العوامل التنظيمية على فعالية التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي" وقد هدفت الى البحثعن مدى تاثير ابعاد راس العوامل التنظيمية ( الهيكل التنظيمي –بئية العمل – نمط القيادة – الاتصال الالداري ) على ابعاد التدريب التشاركي الالكترونيبالاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة من خلال تصيمم استبانة تم توزيعها على افراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم 42عامل من عمال المؤسسة اين تم جمع البيانات وتفريغها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : 1) توجد علاقة طردية موجبة بين العوامل التنظيميةوالتدريب التشاركي الالكتروني 2) ابعاد العوامل التنظييمة تعمل على تعزيز فعالية التدريب التشاركي الالكتروني

The study, entitled "The Impact of Regulatory Factors on the Effectiveness of Participatory E-Training," aims to examine the impact of the dimensions of e-Participatory Training (organizational structure, work environment, leadership style, administrative communication) The study community at the Algeria Telecommunication Corporation represents a unity and a movement through the design of a questionnaire distributed to the study's sample of 42 workers where the data were collected and emptied using the statistical package spss. After analyzing the results, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are : 1) There is a positive correlation between regulatory factors and e-participatory training 2) Removing regulatory factors enhances effectiveness of e-participatory training
