" تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية " - دراسة ميدانية في بنك الخليج الجزائر AGB-ورقلة- (خلال فترة 2018-20

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسية إلى إبراز أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء المالي في البنك التجاري الجزائري حيث أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات محل اهتمام كل البنوك التجارية و ذلك لما لها من تأثير على أداءها المالي و مختلف أنشطتها، كما أن تأثيرها يشمل مختلف عناصر الأداء المالي و المتمثلة في مؤشرات العائد و السيولة ، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على بنك الخليج الجزائر(AGB) خلال الفترة 2018-2020 حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الوضعية المالية للبنك ومدى تطبيقها لها على أنشطتها المتنوعة. وبعد إجراء عملية تحليل القوائم المالية وقياس مختلف النسب والمؤشرات المالية البنك الخليج الجزائر خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المعلومات أثر بارز في تحسين وضعية وأداء المالي البنك.

This study aims to highlight the impact of information technology on the financial performance of the Algerian Commercial Bank, where information technology has become the focus of all commercial banks, because of its impact on their financial performance and various activities, and its impact includes the various elements of financial performance represented in: Return and liquidity indicators. The study was conducted on Algeria Gulf Bank (AGB) during the period 2018-2020. Through this study, we tried to shed light on the impact of information technology on the financial position of the bank and the extent of its application to its various activities. After conducting the process of analyzing the financial statements and measuring the various ratios and financial indicators of the Gulf Bank Algeria, the study concluded that information technology had a significant impact on improving the bank's financial position and performance
