الثقافة التنظيمية وأثرها على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية دراسة مقارنة بين القطاع العمومي و القطاع الاقتصادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية العمومية و الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة مكونة من60 استبيان موزعة بالتساوي بين الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد و المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ، وتم استرجاع 60 استبيان قابلة للمعالجة باستخدام برنامج ( spss26 ) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اختلاف في تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية على أداء العاملين حيث كانت النتيجة المتحصل عليها أن نسبة تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية على أداء العاملين بالقطاع العمومي (بالمركز البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ) قد بلغ (%39) أما في القطاع الاقتصادي فإن نسبة تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية على أداء العاملين ( بالصندوق الوطني للتقاعد ) قد بلغت (%49).

The goal of this study is to know the impact of the organizational culture on the functional performance of employees in the Algerian public and ecomical organizations and to accomplish the study goals ,a questionnair is distributed on a sample of the society the study composed of six questionair delivered equally between national retirement box , the psychology center of disable montally children .60 questionnair have been retrieved able to be processed by using spss26 program ,the study found the difference on the impact of the organizational culture of the employees performance, so as result the percentage of the organizational culture impact on the employees performance in the civil sector children pedagogical enable mentally have reached 39% , 49%
