دور المراجعة الخارجية في تحقيق جودة القوائم المالية دراسة عينة من تقارير محافظ حسابات بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تبيان دور المراجعة الخارجية في تحسين وتحقيق جودة التقارير مالية، واعتمدنا في معالجة الموضوع على عينة من تقارير المراجع الخارجي و التي تدرس تقاريره دورات محاسبية خلال فترة معينة حسب نوع ونشاط مؤسسة محل الدراسة. وفي ذلك استخدام أدوات في بحث و متمثلة في المقابلات الشفوية مع محافظ الحسابات لفهم أكثر وكشف الغموض في عدة نقاط و كذلك في مختلف الوثائق و متمثل في تقارير وباعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة واستناد إلى نتائج متوصل إليها بعد إعداد كل تقرير و التي يشير إليها المراجع الخارجي، بحيث اعتمدنا طريقة المفاضلة في اختيار تقارير محاسبة (معايير متمثل في رأس المال ، عدد العمال ، وضعية المؤسسات كبيرة و صغيرة ) بعد إتمام عملية المراجعة من وجود اختلال وإعطاء رأيه و اقتراح حلول للمؤسسة التي هي قيد الدراسة

This study aimed to show the role of external audit in improving and achieving the quality of financial reports. In this, the use of tools in research, represented in oral interviews with the account keeper, to understand more and reveal ambiguity in several points, as well as in various documents, represented in reports and based on a case study approach and based on the results reached after preparing each report, which the external auditor refers to , so that we adopted the differentiation method in choosing accounting reports (criteria represented in capital, number of workers, and the status of large and small institutions) after completing the audit process from the presence of an imbalance and giving its opinion and proposing solutions for the institution that is under study
