أثر اليقظة الإستراتيجية على ريادة الأعمال في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة شركة الطاسيلي ذات أسهم

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على اثر اليقظة الاستراتيجية من خلال الابعاد التالية (اليقظة التكنولوجية ،اليقظةالتنافسية،اليقظة البيئية ،اليقظة التجارية) على ريادة الاعمال وذلك بالتركيز على الميزة التنافسية . تم اختيار شركة الطاسيلي ذات اسهم المتخصصة في حفر ابار المياه والبترول بحاسي مسعود كمجتمع للدراسة،باستخدام المنهج الوصف التحليلي بالاعتماد على المقابلة كاداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات تمت مع مدراء ومسؤولين بين مختلف مصالح الشركة . ومن اهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها من خلال الدراسة ان اليقظة الاستراتيجية تساهم في تحقيق ريادة الاعمال من خلال مدخل الميزة التنافسية

This study aims to shed light on the impact of strategic vigliance though the following dimensions . (technological vigilance ,compettive vigilance , environnmental vigilance ,commercail vigilance)on entrepreneurship by focusing on the dimension of competitier. The Tassili company with shares specialized in dirlling water and oil petrolumM wells for HassiMessoud was selected as a study community using the descriptiveanalytecal method based on the intrviewasa tool for collecting information and data,it was conducted with responsible managers among the various interests of the company. One of the most important results that have been reached through the study is that strategic vigilance contributes to achieving entrepreneurship through ,the entrance of competitive advantage.
