محددات الأداء التنظيمي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة الجزائرية للمياه ADE ورقلة

Abstract

هدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مختلف عناصر الأداء التنظيمي بالتركيز على أبعاده (البعد المالي, بعد العملاء، بعد العمليات الداخلية، بعد التعلم والنمو), وإلى معرفة أثر أبعاده على الأداء التنظيمي بمؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه بورقلة، عن طريق دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة من وجهة نظر الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة . ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة إستخدمنا الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث وزعت على عينة عشوائية عددها 104 موظف، وذلك بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS نسخة 26، وإعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة هذا الموضوع . خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها : وجود مستوى متوسط لتوافر العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة ؛مستوى الأداء التنظيمي كان متوسط ؛هناك علاقة إرتباط طردية بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغير التابع ؛وجود أثر لأبعاد الأداء التنظيمي (البعد المالي, بعد العملاء، بعد العمليات الداخلية، بعد التعلم والنمو) في الأداء التنظيمي

The study aims to know the various elements of organizational performance by focusing on its dimensions (financial dimension, customer dimension, internal operations dimension, learning and growth dimension), and to know the impact of its dimensions on organizational performance at the Algerian Water Corporation of Ouargla, by studying the relationship between the study variables from the point of view of employees. in the institution under study. To achieve the objectives of this study, we used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to a random sample of 104 employees, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26, and we relied on the descriptive analytical approach to study this subject . The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are :The presence of an average level of availability of factors affecting organizational performance in the institution under study ;The level of organizational performance was average ;There is a direct correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable ; andThere is an impact of organizational performance dimensions (financial dimension, customer dimension, internal operations dimension, learning and growth dimension) on organizational performance ;
