مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية موبيليس بورقلة 2018-2020

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تحسين الأداء المالي ، من خلال إبراز أهمية الأداء المالي و التعرف على بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن كأداة لقياس وتقييم أداء المؤسسة و محاولة تقييم الأداء المالي لمؤسسة موبليس باستخدام هذه البطاقة من خلال دراسة الحالة. وأهم ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة من نتائج هي أن اعتماد المؤسسات على الطرق التقليدية لقياس أدائها المالي لم يعد يفي بالغرض، وأن بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن تعد أداة مهمة لقياس الأداء، كما أن اعتماد المؤسسة على المحور المالي لبطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن يمكنها من قياس مدى تحقق أهدافها المالية و استراتيجيتها

This study aimed to measure the contribution of the Balanced Scorecard to improving financial performance, by highlighting the importance of financial performance and identifying the Balanced Scorecard as a tool for measuring and evaluating the performance of the institution, and trying to evaluate the financial performance of the Mobilis Corporation using this card through a case study.
