التدقیق المحاسبي كآلیة لتحسین جودة القوائم المالیة في البیئة المحاسبیة الجزائرية دراسة میدانیة لممارسي مهنة المراجعة في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري خلال سنة 2022

Abstract

ﺗﻬدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التدقيق المحاسبي في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال الدور الذي يلعبه مدقق الحساﺑﺎت في تعزيز هذه الاخيرة من خلال إعطائها رأي محايدة، وهذا ما تم طرحه من خلال إستقصاء مجموعة من المهنين والاكاديميين في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للتدقيق المحاسبي دور هام في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية في البيئة المحاسبية من خلال التقارير التي تقدمها وأهم التحاليل التي تعكس الصورة المحاسبية و المالية للمؤسسة والثقة التي يضعها فيها ملاك الكيانات من أجل التأكد من سلامة هذه الأخيرة، وذلك من خلال إبداء رأي محايد و موضوعي.

This study aims to show the role of accounting audit in improving the quality of financial statements in the Algerian accounting environment, through the role played by the auditor in strengthening the latter by giving them an impartial opinion, and this is what was suggested through a survey of a group of professionals and academics in the southeast The Algerian. The study concluded that the accounting audit plays an important role in improving the quality of the financial statements in the accounting environment through the reports they provide and the most important analyzes that reflect the accounting and financial image of the institution, and the confidence placed in it by the owners of entities in order to ensure the safety of the latter, by showing Impartial and objective opinion.
