مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الحد من آثار جائحة كورونا دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس (المديرية الجهوية بورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة مؤسسة موبيليس (المديرية الجهوية بورقلة) في الحد من آثار جائحة كورونا من خلال ممارساتها الإجتماعية، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (50) عامل، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS) نسخة رقم 25 بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية،K2 , وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: تطبيق المؤسسة للمسؤولية الإجتماعية للحد من آثار جائحة كورونا .

This study aims to identify the extent of Mobilis' contribution (Regional Directorate of ouargla) in reducing the effects of the coronavirus pandemic through its social practices, where the study was applied to a simple random sample of (50) factor, the study also relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum, and in order to achieve the study's objectives, the identification was used as a tool for data collection, followed by the analysis of the data contained in the questionnaires through the use of the Social Science Statistical Package Programme (SPSS) version No. 25 based on computational averages, standard deviations, K2. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The Foundation's implementation of social responsibility to reduce the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
