أثر رأس المال الفكري على الأداء المالي دراسة اختبارية على عينة من الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة 2015- 2020

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لفحص أثر رأس المال الفكري على الأداء المالي لعينة مكونة من 18 شركة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن خلال الفترة 2015-2020، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على بناء نموذج لبيانات بانل Panel Data Model ، حيث تضمن الأداء المالي كمتغير تابع ورأس المال الفكري كمتغير مستقل، بالإضافة إلى بعض المتغيرات الأخرى المؤثرة على تلك العلاقة (حجم المؤسسة، معدل النمو، مديونية المؤسسة). و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى جود علاقة طردية بين كل من : معامل القيمة المضافة لرأس المال الفكري، كفاءة رأس المال البشري، كفاءة رأس المال المستخدم والأداء المالي مقاسا بمعدل العائد على الأصول ROA ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية ROE للشركات المدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن، وعدم وجود علاقة بين كفاءة رأس المال الهيكلي والأداء المالي مقاسا بمعدل العائد على الأصول ROA، معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية ROE للشركات المدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن

This study aimed to examine the impact of intellectual capital on the financial performance of a sample of 18 industrial companies listed on the Amman-Jordan Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2020, To achieve this goal, the study relied on building a Panel Data Model, which in cluded financial performance as a dependent variable and capital intellectual as an independent variable, in addition to some other variables affecting that relationship (company size, the growth rate, debt financing). The study concluded that there is a direct relationship between: the value added factor of intellectual capital, the efficiency of human capital, the efficiency of capital used and financial performance as measured by the rate of return on assets (ROA) and the rate of return equity (ROE) of companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, There is a relationship between the efficiency of structural capital and financial performance as measured by the rate of return on assets (ROA), the rate of return on equity (ROE) for companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, Jordan
